Postgraduate Ussher Fellowships, Ireland

Each year, the Irish School of Ecumenics (ISE) invites newly enrolled students to apply the Postgraduate Ussher Fellowships. The fellowship are available both in October and April entry. Both EU and non-EU students are welcome to apply. Those awards covers full-tuition fees and maintenance of €16,000/year.

Fellowship Description
Fellowships are available to new entrants to the full-time Ph.D. register for entry in October and/or the following April of the same academic year (e.g. October 09 and/or April 10). The Fellowships aim to support and develop gifted research students. They are awarded competitively on academic merit.

Award Value
The Fellowship fully covers EU and non-EU fees and provides an annual maintenance of €16,000 for three years.

Level and Area of Studies
PhD degree in any field of studies.

Place of Study
The study will be taken in Ireland.

Eligibility and Criteria
The Postgraduate Ussher Fellowships are only available for new entrants on the research register.

Applicants’ Nationality
There is no nationality restriction.
