IESE Journalism Fellowship by IESE International Foundation

The IESE Fellowship is now open. The award is aimed to support to experienced journalist to develop their journalism career. A range of benefits will be given to each of the winning fellows. To apply, entries must be received by May 14, 2018.

Fellowship Description
IESE International Foundation is glad to offer IESE Fellowship for Journalists. Journalists with 10 years of writing/broadcast experience are encouraged to apply. Aim of the fellowship is to improve journalistic works which have helped signal or amend situations of social unfairness, unethical business practices, abuse of power, etc. Applicants will get a chance to achieve career development, recognition and prestige within the journalism community.

Eligibility and Criteria
This fellowship open to those with at least 10 years of writing/broadcast experience with a significant media outlet. Excellent journalistic standards (trustworthy reporting). An advantage but not necessary:

  • Write / Broadcast mainly about business, economics and finance topics.
  • Write / Broadcast in a media outlet with international exposure.
  • Written / Video / Audio work which supports IESE’s mission to have a positive impact in society.

Applicants’ Nationality
There is no nationality restriction.

Application Instruction
The application package must be consisting these materials:

  • Letter from the editor expressing his/her support and granting the time required to participate in the program.
  • Essay explaining why they want to participate in the program (600 words).
  • Three to five samples of their work (texts, videos, info graphics, and audios).
