Hungarian Government Scholarship for Developing Countries’ Students

Each year, the government of Hungary offers international scholarship that specially targeted to candidates coming from developing countries. Eligible candidates should be undertaking MSc program at one of the defined universities. This is a fully funded scholarship that cover all of relevant expenses. The following submission deadline is 28 February 2015.

Scholarship Description
Through this scholarship, the Ministry of Agriculture of Hungarian Government will cover all of the expenses connecting to the academic and living cost during the period of studies. Scholarship students are entitled to the same health care coverage offered to Hungarian students during the course of the scholarship. Please bear in mind, the scholarship covers student costs only; family members are not supported within the frame of this programme.

Scholarship Value
This is fully funded scholarship. This will cover the items as follow:
– Tuition fees
– Basic books and notes;
– Dormitory accommodation;
– Subsistence costs.

Level and Area of Studies
Master degree in the field of animal nutrition and feed safety, plant protection, rural development and agribusiness.

Place of Study
At any of the participating universities (Kaposvár University, University of Pannonia Georgikon Faculty and Szent István University, Faculty of Economics and Social Sciences) in Hungary

Eligibility and Criteria
The main requirements of this scholarship is that the candidates should be the citizen of one of developing countries.

Application Instruction
To apply this scholarship, all of the eligible candidates must provide all of the documents as follow:
-Application form duly completed
-A recent curriculum vitae
-A copy of high school/college diploma and transcript/report of study or copy of the diploma attachment
-A copy of certificate of proficiency in English
-Copies of relevant pages of passport showing expiration date and passport number
-A letter of recommendation
-Statement of motivation
-Health Certificate issued by Medical Doctor
-Certificate of Good Conduct issued by local police authority.
