HFA Award Scholarships for Applicants With Bleeding Disorder

Hemophilia Federation of America annually provides a number of scholarships that specially targeted to people suffering bleeding disorder. The award consists three types of scholarships; Educational Scholarship, Parent/Sibling/Child Educational Scholarship, Medical/Healthcare Services Educational Scholarship. Maximum $4,000 will be given to the scholarship winners depends on the type of scholarship. The application deadline is 15 May 2018.

Scholarship Description
Each year, HFA awards scholarships to promising students in the bleeding disorders community. Starting in 2015, we are offering 4 scholarships for an increased amount of $2,000-$4,000 in only three categories. Continue reading below for a breakdown of each scholarship.

  • Educational Scholarship
  • Parent/Sibling/Child Educational Scholarship
  • Medical/Healthcare Services Educational Scholarship

All recipients are invited to reapply in subsequent years for renewal as long as they are in good academic standing. This renewal will not be automatic, as each year’s applicants will be independently weighed.
