Give Them Wings Scholarship – Nursing and allied health scholarships in Australia

Applicants are now invited to apply the Give Them Wings Scholarship. This scholarship is exclusively open to those coming from Victoria country in Australia. The eligible applicants should be the member of a university Rural Health Club. This year, four awards available. Each of those valued up to $2,500. Please anticipate the deadline at the end of March each year.

Scholarship Description
Give Them Wings is for first year students from Victorian regional and rural communities. Four scholarships will be awarded in 2015 to eligible nursing and allied health students. Now in its fourth year, Give Them Wings is the result of a partnership between the Royal Flying Doctor Service (RFDS) Victoria and Rural Health Workforce Australia.

Award Value
Each of the scholarship recipients will be granted up to $2,500.

Level and Area of Studies
University level in nursing and allied health.

Place of Study
The study can be taken in Australia.

Eligibility and Criteria
The main requirement of this scholarship is that the applicants have to become a member of a university Rural Health Club.

Applicants’ Nationality
Only Australian students may apply this scholarship.
