The Bartlett Development Planning Unit is currently accepting applications for a doctoral scholarship program. This scholarship is open to students from all nationals who want to pursuing doctoral degree at the University of College London (UCL). The winning student will be granted a fully-funded scholarship. The application deadline is 24 March 2017.
The central purpose is to strengthen the professional and institutional capacity of governments and non-governmental organizations (NGOs) to deal with the wide range of issues that are emerging at all levels.
One individual will be awarded the following: up to £19,390 for tuition fees per year (increasing per year); approx. £17,050 for maintenance per year, incl. London weighting (increasing per year); up to £1,500 for two return flights; up to £450 for fieldwork support (if required). All awards are for a period of THREE academic years.

Eligibility and Criteria
Only applications from new / prospective students who have applied formally to the UCL Development Planning Unit research degree by 20 March 2017 will be considered. There are no restrictions regarding the nationality or domicile of the applicant.
