CIRI Foundation Scholarship Program

The CIRI Foundation (TCF) is pleased to invite applications for the CIRI Foundation Scholarship Program. All candidates must be Alaska Native descent and direct lineal descendants of the original enrollees of Cook Inlet Region Inc. (CIRI), which can include children, grand children, and greatgrandchildren. They must be pursuing degree in any level. The closing date of application is 1 June and 1 December each year.

Scholarship Description
The CIRI Foundation Scholarship is open to both full-time and part-time students working toward a degree. Scholarships are offered twice a year; each scholarship covers the full academic year. Students must be Alaska Native descent and direct lineal descendants of the original enrollees of Cook Inlet Region Inc. (CIRI), which can include children, grand children, and greatgrandchildren.

Award Value
The amount of the award is ranging from $2,750 to $3,000.

Level and Area of Studies
Bachelor, master and doctoral degree in any field.

Place of Study
In the United States of America.

Eligibility and Criteria
Eligible students must have and maintain a GPA of 2.5 or above. They must also attend an accredited college or university. They may pursue the following degrees: Associates, Bachelors, Masters, or Doctorate; Post-Baccalaureate program of study; or pre-requisite courses required before entering into a degree program.
