The American Research Institute now invites U.S students to apply ARIT SUMMER FELLOWSHIPS FOR INTENSIVE ADVANCED TURKISH LANGUAGE STUDY AT BOĞAZİÇİ UNIVERSITY, ISTANBUL. The candidates should be currently enrolling undergraduate and graduate program with very good grade. Up to 15 fellows will be selected to receive fully funded award award including tuition fees and travel cost. Closing date of application is February 6, 2017.
For summer 2017, the American Research Institute in Turkey will offer approximately 15 fellowships for advanced students for participation in the summer program in intensive advanced Turkish language at Boğaziçi University* in Istanbul. This intensive program offers the equivalent of one full academic year of study in Turkish at the college level. The fellowships cover round-trip airfare to Istanbul, application and tuition fees, and a maintenance stipend.

Eligibility and Criteria
Before applying this fellowship, please make sure that you are qualified candidate based on the following conditions:
- Be a citizen, national, or permanent resident of the United States
- Be currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate level academic program
- Have a minimum B average in current program of study; and
- Perform at the high-intermediate level on a proficiency-based admissions examination
Only U.S students are eligible to apply.
